  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for Ohme EV charging solutions
  • Develop strategic partnerships to strengthen Ohme’s route-to-market in Switzerland
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across hardware, software, and services

Market & Ecosystem Development

  • Leverage existing knowledge of the Swiss charging infrastructure market to accelerate growth
  • Build long-term relationships with key installers and distributors
  • Represent Ohme at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine positioning and pricing
  • Provide structured feedback from the market to Sales Leadership and Product teams

Who You Are

  • A senior, autonomous sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving scale-up environment
  • Strong network and understanding of the Swiss EV charging ecosystem (installers, distributors, MSPs, utilities)
  • Commercially driven, with a consultative and partnership-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with international teams
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to explain technical solutions simply

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships
  • Proven track record in EV charging, energy, mobility, or adjacent industries
  • Strong understanding of Swiss market dynamics, including regional differences across the German-, French- and Italian-speaking cantons

  • Willingness to travel across Switzerland and occasionally to Ohme HQ in London
  • Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes
