Join our ambitious UK Sales team at a pivotal moment in Malt's growth story. As the newest addition to our European expansion, our London office is a dynamic hub where every team member plays a crucial role in shaping our market presence. You'll be part of a close-knit, 20 person team, who share your drive for excellence. You'll have the unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction of Malt UK while building lasting relationships with key enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders within existing and new Tier 1 pharmaceutical accounts
  • Develop and execute deployment plans to drive product adoption
  • Drive growth by collaborating with our project partner team to secure new business
  • Proven ability to identify and leverage strategic partnerships to drive business growth
  • Lead and execute RFP responses to secure new business
  • Master product features and Malt pitch to drive client autonomy and product adoption.
  • Educate the UK market on the power of using independent consultants and freelancers to become more agile and flexible.

About you 🧑‍🚀

  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role in a B2B or SaaS company
  • Proven experience of target driven sales and account management experience, preferably in the technology and professional services industry
  • Excellent formal communication and presentation skills that can be used with C-level decision makers
  • Proven track record of rapid career progression and leadership development
  • Passionate about sales, with a proven track record of acquiring and expanding accounts
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing scale-up environment

How to join the mission? 🚀

  • Screening with a team member to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions. (30-45 minutes)
  • Interview with Amandine (UK Head of Sales), your future manager, to discuss your experience and how it would align with this role (45-60 minutes)
  • Prepare a case study which you’ll then present to two of our Sales team members (60 min)
  • Final interview with Quentin (General Manager Northern Europe) to discuss Malt’s long term vision and to check any remaining questions (30-45 mins)
