Job DescriptionKey responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and define requirements for process automation and improvement
- Shape and prioritise enhancements to core ERP/CRM systems in partnership with Global Process Owners
- Produce high‑quality analysis deliverables, including BRDs, user stories, functional specifications and UAT scripts
- Collaborate with Principal Business Analysts and designers to prototype and iterate solutions
- Identify and define process improvements with clear, measurable benefits
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions, working closely with project teams and business users
- Oversee solution validation, including system testing, UAT and regression testing
- Develop training materials and support knowledge transfer to embed new processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and support the application of an IIBA‑aligned Business Analysis framework
Skills and experience
Essential
- Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to apply this to complex assignments
- Proven ability to recommend workflow improvements and influence operating procedures
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage a wide range of audiences and act as a translator between business and technical teams
- Expertise across ERP platforms, specifically SAP ECC 6.0.
- Background in manufacturing or engineering
- Ability to motivate others, lead change and manage multiple projects under pressure
- A positive, solution‑focused mindset with advanced analytical and evidence‑based thinking
- Solid understanding of IT and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio (or equivalent)
Desirable
- Experience leading Business Process Re‑engineering initiatives and applying Change Management practices
- Knowledge of application testing lifecycles and service management governance
- Exposure to methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, ITIL or Enterprise Architecture
- Strong organisational skills and critical thinking, with the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment
- Ability to build strong relationships across Business and IT, drive outcomes and solve problems effectively
- A creative and innovative mindset, with the flexibility to support a variety of business tasks as required
