WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Senior Business Analyst at WongDoody, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our digital products. Here's a glimpse into your responsibilities:
- Leading requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep-dive sessions.
- Managing end-to-end functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
- Creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges.
- Resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope.
- Supporting client product owners in finalizing requirement details and articulating decisions.
- Transferring completed functional tickets to client BAs and ensuring clarity.
- Assisting in backlog prioritization aligned with strategic goals.
- Serving as a single point of contact for matters related to scope and decisions.
- Contributing to and participating in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning.

WHAT YOU'VE GOT
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Expertise in driving the creation of detailed component and page template specifications within JIRA.
- Proven track record in gathering and managing functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
- Experience in creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and anticipate challenges.
- Proactive in resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope.
- Strong communication skills to support client product owners and articulate decisions.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies.
- Ability to prioritize backlog functionality in line with strategic goals and considerations.
