We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the same underwriting workbench implementation from a business and process perspective, ensuring that requirements accurately reflect operational underwriting needs and standard business practice.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Requirements gathering and elicitation across underwriting stakeholders
  • Business process mapping and process improvement
  • Production of standard Business Analysis deliverables and documentation

Key Deliverables:

  • Business requirements documents and process maps
  • Workshop facilitation outputs and stakeholder sign-off records
  • User stories and standard supporting BA artefacts
  • Ongoing input into requirements traceability and project documentation

Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on insurance or underwriting-related change programmes, ideally within Lloyd's / London Market.
  • Strong generalist BA skillset: stakeholder workshops, requirements elicitation, process mapping, and translation of business needs into clear documentation.
  • Confident engaging directly with business stakeholders and able to work independently within a wider project team.
