We are looking for an experienced business analyst to join our growing EMEA Revenue Operations team for improving our data-driven decisions and planning.

As an experienced Business Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping the company grow. You will work very closely with the EMEA Senior leadership stakeholders and others in the organization to help us drive greater visibility and predictability of the business

About The Role:

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide insight to sales leadership and rev operations leadership team as a subject matter expert
  • Help build the tools, reports and processes to measure business metrics and KPIs
  • Drive impactful analyses around new sales strategies & programs, forecasting, sales methodologies, cost-modeling operating plans, and productivity improvements to ensure we identify sales behaviors when it comes to productivity, better visibility and predictability. 
  • Conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, business insights and reports
  • Through functional knowledge of sales related systems and tools, represents the needs of the field sales organization and senior leadership
  • Be a trusted business partner to the business leadership
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure reports are translated to actions and results are monitored.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional work experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations or customer success operations at B2B SaaS company (preferable)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science
  • Previous experience at Tableau, Looker, google sheets, and other business analytical tools is a must
  • Ability to drive multiple projects in a cross-functional environment while managing key stakeholder expectations and timelines
  • Ability to problem-solve and use interpersonal skills to communicate solutions and influence outcomes
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skill set to effectively collaborate with various divisions in the organization
  • Strong quantitative capabilities with passion for numbers and analytics
  • SQL knowledge - an advantage
  • Curious, independent, rigorous and proactive kind of a person
