As Studio Brand Manager, you will be responsible for partnering closely with our publishing partners and development teams to develop and activate compelling product marketing and GTM strategies for our games. This is a highly matrixed role that involves close collaboration with Lighthouse’s internal development teams as well as our licensing, publishing and agency partners to build solid brand foundations, manage efficient asset production pipelines and execute on world class marketing activations.

  • Develop and refine brand strategies, positioning, and messaging that resonate with target audiences
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness
  • Act as a brand champion within the organisation, ensuring consistency in messaging and strategy across all touchpoints
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer preferences, competitive landscape, and industry trends
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop impactful marketing materials
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement and optimisation

Requirements
  • Seasoned brand manager with deep experience developing and managing AAA gaming brands globally
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and marketing principles
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform brand strategies
  • Creative mindset and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate brand vision and strategies to stakeholders
  • Experience with market research methodologies and tools
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture and trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
