About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You'll own the marketing strategy for the Infant category in the Northern Europe business unit. You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into our Head of Infant, Almudena Rein. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders!
In brief, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the growth agenda for the Infant category alongside the Head of Infant and key commercial stakeholders, with full ownership over the Infant marketing strategy implementation.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the consumer and leveraging consumer insights to drive brand equity through the delivery of communication and innovation projects
  • Defining the Innovation pipeline & managing key innovation and renovation projects from idea to launch, in strong collaboration with the cross-category team for best on-time in class execution.
  • Delivering best-in-class brand communication plan across Paid, Owned, Earned & Shopper media, and working closely with our agency partners.
  • Collaborating with Category Development, Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain as well as the European zone to drive the business towards the set growth targets.
  • Line management of the our Marketing Executive & an Intern


Qualifications

  • Established experience in a brand management position within consumer goods, preferably within food & beverage categories.
  • Strong and proven experience in successful innovation projects from end-to-end (from idea to launch), with understanding of processes involving multiple functions and external partners
  • Experience in communication plans: ability to project manage a comms plan from creative to media execution and to manage creative, PR and media agencies.
  • Strong commercial and P&L understanding.
  • People management experience would be ideal.
