About the team

Chivas Regal is one of the world’s leading luxury spirit brands and a highly strategic priority within the Pernod Ricard group. The brand has recently undergone a fundamental evolution of its positioning and switched to a new cultural platform in elite sports. This has led us to redefine our approach to communicating with our consumer.

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager, Partnerships to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of our key sports partnerships across Scuderia Ferrari HP and Arsenal FC, driving activity that places Chivas Regal firmly within cultural conversation. The role will be responsible for delivering partnership-led campaign content and influencer activity across global markets, with a strong earned‑first mindset focused on driving buzz, relevance and cut‑through in culture.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships:

  • Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of key sports partnerships across Scuderia Ferrari HP and Arsenal FC, managing partner relationships and contracts to a high professional standard
  • Deliver the partnership content and activation strategy, ensuring all contractual rights and assets are used efficiently to drive brand and cultural value
  • Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams and agencies to ensure partnership activity is delivered seamlessly, on time and on brand
  • Identify and deliver partnership‑led moments that generate buzz and visibility beyond paid media
  • Manage partnership activation budgets, ensuring investment is focused on activity that drives earned impact and cultural cut‑through

Campaign Content:

  • Support the Marketing Manager on the development of campaign briefs, translating partnership and cultural objectives into clear, inspiring creative direction
  • Lead the day‑to‑day development and delivery of partnership‑led campaign content, from ideation through to launch, with an earned‑first mindset
  • Develop content designed to travel organically, earning attention and placing Chivas Regal at the heart of cultural conversation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure creative excellence across content development, social delivery and campaign amplification
  • Ensure all campaign content aligns with global brand strategy and cultural platform objectives
  • Manage market sell‑in and amplification of partnership content

Influencer:

  • Lead development of Global Influencer Strategy
  • Define new influencer content approach
  • Oversee partnership‑led influencer activity that builds credibility, relevance and conversation within culture
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager to shape influencer strategy linked to partnerships, ensuring creators play a clear and value‑adding role
  • Oversee daytoday influencer execution across markets, ensuring global strategy is being brought to life
  • Ensure influencer activity is fully integrated into the social pipeline, with clear amplification plans driving earned reach and buzz

Leadership:

  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class partnership content and influencer activity across global and local markets
