As one of the world's largest networks of audit, tax and consulting firms, RSM delivers big ideas and premium service to help middle-market businesses thrive. We are a fast-growing firm with big ambitions - we have a clear goal to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. This vision touches everything we do, motivating and inspiring us to become better every day. If you are looking for a firm where you can build a future and make an impact, then RSM is the place for you.

Make an Impact at RSM UK

We are looking for a Senior Brand Executive to join RSM’s Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team. Our brand is the face of that reputation, and we need someone to own it, protect it, and live it every day.

You will be RSM UK's brand guardian, the person who ensures every client touchpoint, colleague-facing asset, digital channel, piece of merchandise, and event activation looks, feels, and behaves like RSM. You will maintain and enforce the brand guidelines, manage the visual asset library, oversee our photography and portrait programme, and own all branded templates. You will also lead the regional execution of our brand across the UK, from events and sponsorship to merchandise and channel compliance.

You are a digital native who is genuinely curious about AI. You use tools that make you faster and better, and you bring that mindset to everything you do. You are proactive, detail-obsessed, and unafraid to say 'that's not on brand' -- and then help fix it.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Owning the RSM UK brand guidelines. Keep them current with RSM International updates, make them accessible, and make sure the business actually uses them

  • Conducting regular audits across all digital and physical touchpoints (website, intranet, social channels, event materials, office signage) identifying and resolving non-compliance

  • Acting as the approvals point for brand-sensitive materials. Being the person colleagues come to for sign-off whilst being approachable, quick, and clear about what passes and what doesn't

  • Own the digital asset library (DAM), RSM UK's photography and headshot programme end to end and ensuring all images rsm.com, LinkedIn profiles, internal directories, and other channels meet RSM portrait standards

  • Owning all RSM UK branded templates: PowerPoint, Word, email signatures, document covers, and any others in circulation. Ensuring they are current, correctly branded, version-controlled, and stored in the right place so colleagues can find and use them without asking

  • Leading brand compliance across RSM UK's events and sponsorship programme and sourcing, approving, and managing branded merchandise and physical collateral for all business areas

  • Supporting the delivery of the annual brand plan, contributing to campaign briefings, reviewing creative outputs, and ensuring consistency of brand expression across all channels

What we are looking for:

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Minimum five years in a brand, marketing, or creative function with demonstrable ownership of brand governance, not just brand campaigns

  • Proven experience writing, maintaining, and enforcing brand guidelines

  • Experience managing brand compliance across a multi-site or multi-team organisation

  • Experience managing a suite of branded templates (Word, PowerPoint, email signatures) and running a rollout to a large organisation

  • Experience managing brand standards at events, including briefing and approving third-party suppliers on brand-sensitive materials

  • Confident and credible stakeholder manager who can engage at all levels, from regional office colleagues to national leadership

  • Strong project management skills and comfortable owning multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping anything

  • Experience in professional services, financial services, or a B2B environment is beneficial

What we can offer you:

We recognise that our people are our most important assets. That’s why we offer a flexible reward and benefits package that will help you have fulfilling experience, both in and out of work.

  • Hybrid and Flexible working

  • 26 Days Holiday (with the option of purchasing additional days)

  • Lifestyle, Health, and Wellbeing including financial wellbeing benefits such as financial tools, electric car scheme and access to a virtual GP.

  • Access to a suite of 300+ courses on demand developed by our inhouse Talent Development team.

Diversity and Inclusion at RSM

At RSM, we want to create a strong sense of belonging so that people of all identities, backgrounds, and cultures feel they can bring their true self to work. Our clients come from all walks of life. We aim to achieve that same diversity of background, experience and perspective in our own teams, so that we can genuinely understand our client's needs. Diverse teams bring a broader range of ideas and insights to work. That's why we're working together to ensure our firm's principles and processes support a firm culture that embraces difference and strengthens inclusion.
At RSM we work hard to create an environment where our people can make a difference - to themselves, their career, their teams, and to the success of our firm and clients. We support all our people to work flexibly, to manage their family and other responsibilities alongside their work commitments; we believe this is key to achieving an inspiring and fulfilling working environment.
