PandaFresh is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HungryPanda, the world’s leading one-stop lifestyle service platform for overseas Chinese communities. We specialise in Asian fresh groceries and daily essentials, with established operations across the UK, US, Canada and Australia, through our online app, offline dark stores and retail shops.We are now rapidly expanding our B2B supply chain division, providing wholesale supply services to Chinese/Asian restaurants, supermarkets and retail outlets across the UK. This is a high-growth core business line, and we are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior B2B Sales professional to lead our London market expansion.

Role Overview

This is a senior frontline business role with full end-to-end ownership of our London B2B sales operations. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new B2B clients, building and maintaining long-term commercial partnerships, and driving repeat business growth across restaurants, supermarkets and other wholesale customers. You will develop and execute targeted sales strategies to hit and exceed annual KPIs, while representing the PandaFresh brand at industry events and building our market presence across London.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and acquire new B2B business opportunities across London, promoting and selling our full range of Asian grocery products and wholesale supply services
  • Manage, develop and maintain day-to-day commercial relationships with new and existing clients, drive regular repeat business, and build long-term, stable strategic partnerships
  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies, conduct market and prospect research, generate qualified leads, and consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Take full ownership of the company’s annual sales goals, business plans and KPIs for the London market, and report on performance progress to the leadership team
  • Lead internal handover and onboarding processes for new clients, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Attend industry conferences, trade events and networking sessions to build relationships with industry partners and prospective customers, while staying up to date with market trends and competitor activities

What We’re Looking ForMust Have (Essential, Non-Negotiable Requirements)

  • Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English (required for client communication and internal collaboration)
  • Willingness and availability to travel up to 75% of the time across London and the surrounding area for client visits and business development
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret and address customer requirements effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for sales reporting and client presentations
  • Valid right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor work visas for this role)

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

  • Previous B2B sales experience in the food wholesale, grocery supply, FMCG, or hospitality/catering industry
  • Existing network of contacts within London’s Chinese/Asian restaurant and supermarket sector
  • Experience in building and scaling a new B2B sales territory or business line
