This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 3 days minimum per week in the office.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to help support our fundraising efforts by providing key strategic and operational support to the Investor Relations (IR) organization. This is a high visibility role within the organization and requires a combination of data analytics, communication, and operational skills.

What you will do:
 

IR Support and Enablement 60-70%

  • Deliver actionable sales and marketing insights on prospects and clients to Account Managers
  • Support IR leadership and Account Managers with fundraising reporting and analysis
  • Lead pipeline reviews to measure and assess the health of the fundraising pipeline
  • Support IR with email campaigns; identify target contacts and monitor client engagement
  • Drive account planning and fundraising target setting processes
  • Provide training and share best practices for key commercial applications including Salesforce CRM, Preqin, Pitchbook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others
  • Support and enable fundraising processes; partner with IT on projects to improve process through use systems and technology
     

Product Specialist Support and Enablement 30-40%

  • Partner with product specialists on pipeline build-out (pre-launch) and prospect targeting analysis
  • Provide fundraising reporting and analytics to monitor and manage fundraising pipeline
  • Conduct post-close analysis and pipeline clean up
  • Provide training and share best practices for Salesforce.com and other key sales tools
     

What you bring:

  • Excellent communication skill, in both written and verbal form
  • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expertise with the Salesforce.com CRM platform
  • Experience with sales and marketing analysis
  • Familiarity with market data tools such as Nasdaq eVestments, Preqin, and Pitchbook
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
     

Education Preferred

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience
     

Experience

  • 3-5 Years experience in Investor Relations, Sales Strategy/Operations, Marketing, or other related capacity preferred (Associate level)
  • Prior experience in Private Markets, Asset Management or Financial Services industry a plus
