Leads the development and launch of innovative investment products from concept approval through first subscription. Responsibilities include building launch plans, managing dependencies and targets, reviewing product documentation, coordinating operational readiness, gathering cross-functional input, and shaping product strategy. The role partners with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Investor Relations, Investments, Operations, Finance, and external advisors while driving complex initiatives across the firm.

Provides peer review and mentoring while maintaining high standards for data accuracy, confidentiality, grammar, and visual consistency. Supports strategic initiatives that improve team efficiency and the management of custom materials.

Conduct due diligence and financial and partnership modeling for infrastructure and real assets investments; prepare investment committee materials; monitor portfolio transactions; research industries and interview managers/management; coordinate closings and contribute to investment decisions.

The Vice President, Investment Specialist will drive growth in private credit evergreen solutions, support sales, and educate internal teams while managing key client relationships.

Conduct quantitative analysis of private equity co-investments, evaluate market risks and returns, and support investment team decisions with statistical insights and modeling.

Productionize and support analytics and AI solutions by building reliable Python-based data workflows, deploying containerized/cloud services, modernizing legacy analytics, and collaborating with data science, engineering, and business teams. Provide EMEA support, create documentation and runbooks, and maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring analytical workflows.
