Leads the development and launch of innovative investment products from concept approval through first subscription. Responsibilities include building launch plans, managing dependencies and targets, reviewing product documentation, coordinating operational readiness, gathering cross-functional input, and shaping product strategy. The role partners with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Investor Relations, Investments, Operations, Finance, and external advisors while driving complex initiatives across the firm.

The Associate position involves conducting investment due diligence, financial analysis, and developing investment recommendations while facilitating discussions and coordinating transaction closings.

Support EMEA Global Private Wealth fundraising by assisting senior account managers across the fundraising cycle: pipeline management, client due diligence, presentations, closing commitments, market analysis for Southern Europe (Italy focus), product launch support, Salesforce/Preqin reporting, and cash flow modeling. Collaborate with product and client services teams and progressively assume direct client responsibilities.
