Overview
This role provides commercial support across our RTP expansion initiatives, focusing on building, enhancing, and maintaining commercial models that inform pricing, bids, and strategic decision-making. The position works closely with sales, finance, regional teams, and cross-functional partners to develop compelling commercial value propositions for customer proposals.
The role contributes to commercial decision support and governance by delivering high-quality analysis and actionable insights that strengthen business cases, guide negotiations, and support the growth of our RTP products and services globally.
The Role
Key Deliverables:
Support RTP new business opportunities across infrastructure services and applications through robust commercial modelling.
Partner with sales and region/country teams to construct commercial value propositions for participant proposals.
Participate in customer or participant discussions to support commercial considerations when required.
Contribute to the development of cost estimations and commercial models and recommend viable commercial options.
Support the creation of deal business cases in collaboration with regional and cross-functional teams.
Develop and refine volume adoption assumptions using benchmarks and insights from global RTP markets.
Deliver commercial analyses and recommendations that support forward-looking decision-making and strategic planning.
Work with cross-functional partners to improve deal P&L consistency and contribute to profitability improvement initiatives.
Assist with contract renewal efforts to secure improved commercial and margin outcomes.
Support the development of pricing frameworks for emerging products.
All About You
Experience building and maintaining commercial or financial models.
Understanding of payments, financial services, or digital infrastructure businesses.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
Good commercial judgment and the ability to contribute to commercial discussions.
A proactive, committed work ethic with strong attention to detail.
Progress toward a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to translate financial insights into clear, actionable messages for non-financial stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Interest in global markets and willingness to develop international experience.
