You will own projects end to end — from scoping and budgeting through crewing, shoot production, and working with the Post Producer ensuring every deliverable meets Noë's creative and quality bar while staying on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end production for branded content, film, photography, and digital assets, from creative brief through final delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource plans; proactively flag risks and course-correct.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors, crews, directors, and photographers.
• Oversee pre-production (location scouting, casting, permits, scheduling) and on-set/on-location production logistics.
• Work closely with the post-production producer and editorial team to ensure a smooth handoff from shoot to post, keeping post timelines, budgets, and revisions on track.
• Partner with creative directors and strategists to ensure production execution matches creative intent.
• Manage client-facing communication on production status, timelines, and budgets.
• Mentor and oversee associate and junior producers on shared productions.
• Maintain relationships with a trusted network of freelance crew and production vendors globally.
• Ensure all productions comply with union, legal, insurance, and safety requirements across markets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• 6–9+ years of production experience at an agency, production company, or in-house brand studio, with a track record of leading premium/luxury content productions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-market productions (film, photo, digital) from budget to final cut.
• Strong vendor and crew network, with sharp negotiation and budget-management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Creative agency experience is preferable
• Nice to have: experience in real estate, architecture, or built environment content — not required.
• Willingness to travel for shoots and location work.
