Short unpaid 3–4 week internship supporting an international tour PR campaign. Tasks include media research, building targeted press and influencer lists, sourcing/verifying contacts, assisting outreach, compiling press requests and guest lists, monitoring media opportunities, and maintaining campaign databases and spreadsheets.

Manage PR for luxury fashion clients: build media relationships, develop and execute communications campaigns, secure placements across print/digital/social, support events and dressing/KOL requests, handle client collections and advanced admin, track and report coverage, lead creative brainstorming, and identify emerging trends to drive visibility and results.

Lead consolidated and statutory financial reporting across the Group, own month-end processes, shape group accounting policy, support audits, oversee AR/AP and intercompany reporting, and assist M&A integration while engaging senior international stakeholders.

Lead medium-to-large branding projects from brief to delivery, manage client relationships, scope, budgets and resourcing, identify growth opportunities, support pitches/contracts, mentor junior staff, and drive studio processes to ensure high-quality, on-time, and profitable outcomes.

Create cinematic films and motion using generative video tools to visualise unbuilt luxury residences and destinations. Collaborate with strategists, designers, editors and producers to develop visual worlds, translate cinematographic craft into prompts and workflows, choose appropriate AI models/tools, and deliver high-quality campaign films.

Lead creative projects from brief to delivery across campaigns, events, content, activations, and brand experiences. Manage project plans, budgets, suppliers, freelance teams, client communication, quality control, and post-project reviews while supporting creative development and pitches.

Support Director of Growth to identify new business, manage HubSpot CRM, prepare proposals and pitches, build client relationships, coordinate cross-agency collaboration, curate marketing assets and social content, and support awards submissions and cultural calendar activities to drive agency growth in luxury, fashion, entertainment and experiential sectors.

Manage month-end close, general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations for Shared Services entities. Produce management accounts, cashflow reporting and forecasts, handle intercompany recharges, support audits, VAT/corporation tax packs, and assist migration to Sage Intacct while embedding consistent processes.

Act as strategic HR partner to agency leaders across the group, supporting organisational design, change, talent and performance, UK employment law guidance, complex employee relations, leadership coaching, and group-wide people initiatives to drive culture and growth.
