Provides administrative support across the global People Team, maintaining employee records, HR documentation, benefits, learning and development programs, performance reviews, onboarding and offboarding, absence tracking, reporting, policies, engagement initiatives, and right-to-work checks. The role also answers HR queries and helps deliver a consistent employee experience across the UK, US, and UAE.

Provide first- and second-line IT support across multiple agencies while helping build a centralized IT function. Responsibilities include hardware provisioning, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration, user lifecycle management, SaaS license management, endpoint security alert triage, asset inventory, agency migrations, documentation, and occasional on-site travel. The role offers growth into MDM administration, systems administration, automation, security tooling, and team leadership.

Manage a portfolio of retained clients, serving as their primary contact, driving onboarding and platform engagement, coordinating access to analysts and content, managing renewals, and identifying account growth opportunities. The role includes creating account plans, forecasting pipeline activity, preparing renewal proposals, maintaining CRM data, building senior relationships, and representing the company at events and conferences.

Lead strategic relationships with tier-one clients, owning account growth plans, renewals, upselling, global expansion, and senior stakeholder engagement. Develop proposals, statements of work, and pitches for complex consulting projects, including six-figure deals. Manage client value delivery, CRM data, forecasting, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while representing the consultancy at events and conferences.

Manage lifestyle PR client accounts, media relations, campaign strategy, press materials, events, budgets, reporting, and team mentorship. Build journalist and influencer relationships, secure impactful coverage, advise clients, analyze performance and trends, and coordinate campaigns across internal and international teams for luxury property, design, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.

Lead end-to-end production of high-end branded content (film, photo, digital, experiential). Manage budgets, timelines, crews, vendors, permits, and on-set logistics. Coordinate handoff to post-production, ensure creative intent, mentor junior producers, maintain freelance networks, and ensure legal, union, insurance, and safety compliance across markets.
