Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes for multiple client entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Oversee closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met across multiple entities.
Client Service Delivery
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Understand client-specific requirements and provide tailored accounting solutions.
- Support audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with external auditors.
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal control policies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthen internal controls.
- Stay up to date with evolving accounting standards and regulatory changes.
Process Improvement & Systems
- Drive efficiencies through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of ERP and financial systems.
- Standardize accounting processes across client entities where possible.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with a diverse, international team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Mentor junior accountants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Promote a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience managing multiple entities or clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
