Job Description

We are looking for a hungry, focused and resilient Senior Account Risk Manager with great collaboration and organisational skills.

The Senior Account Risk Manager is responsible for driving the resolution of strategic at-risk customer accounts across the global portfolio, ensuring risks are proactively managed and resolved against committed timelines. Acting as a global orchestrator and accountability driver, this role leads cross-functional engagement to protect revenue, cash flow, customer retention, and profitability while delivering executive-level visibility and governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive resolution of high-risk customer accounts, ensuring agreed actions are executed and target dates are achieved.
  • Facilitate a regular global risk review cadence across all regions and business divisions.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination and escalation for accounts with significant financial, commercial, delivery, or customer-retention risks.
  • Maintain accurate risk account records including exposure, root causes, mitigation plans, owners, and next steps.
  • Monitor and report on risks impacting ARR, renewals, collections, churn, revenue realisation, and bad debt exposure.
  • Develop executive dashboards and management reporting providing visibility into risk trends, exposure, accountability, and resolution progress.
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders and challenge delays to ensure timely closure of critical issues.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Delivery, Product and Leadership teams to accelerate resolutions.
  • Lead automation initiatives to streamline data collection, reporting, workflow management, and risk tracking processes.

Qualifications

You will demonstrate:

  • Significant experience in software industry; in areas such as finance, risk management, collections, customer success operations, or strategic account governance.
  • Strong understanding of software business models including ARR, renewals, retention, implementation risks, and revenue realisation.
  • Proven ability to drive complex account resolutions and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to assess financial, operational, and commercial risks.
  • Highly tech-savvy with experience in process automation, workflow optimisation, and systems integration.
  • Strong project management, organisation, and follow-through skills.
  • Persistent, resilient, results-driven mindset with the ability to act as the organisation's “bulldog” in driving accountability and closure.
  • Experience operating in a global matrix environment across multiple business units.

Additional Information

We embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while also valuing inclusive workplace experiences. By fostering a sense of community, we drive innovation, strengthen connections, and nurture belonging. Our commitment ensures you can work in a way that suits you best, while also engaging with colleagues to share ideas and build meaningful relationships.
