Own board, lender, and rating-agency reporting; prepare monthly finance reviews; lead credit rating and refinancing support; coordinate equity event analytics and investor materials; ensure accuracy, narrative clarity, and timely delivery of capital-markets communications for the CFO.

Lead AI-focused presales pursuits for ERP/EAM/FSM, translate AI capabilities into domain-specific solutions, create demos and proof-of-value, mentor presales, shape GTM strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive technical wins and portfolio adoption.

Hunt for net-new enterprise commercial customers for Ultimo's EAM SaaS: build pipeline via outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, lead consultative sales through close, and collaborate with BDRs, Pre-Sales, and Customer teams.

Build and maintain investor-grade financial models (3-statement, long-range, scenario/sensitivity analysis) to support capital allocation, raises, and liquidity events. Turn messy data into decision-ready insight, pressure-test assumptions, present analysis to the CFO and board, and improve modelling through AI and automation.

Lead global strategy and governance to protect and grow revenue from IFS's existing customers. Build frameworks for renewals, license optimization, and recurring revenue; oversee global Renewals, License Optimization, and Recurring Revenue teams; govern KPIs, forecasting, and regional alignment; represent installed base at executive level and drive cross-functional enablement to maximize lifetime customer value.

Lead AI transformation to replace manual spreadsheet-driven deal review with agentic AI and automation. Design and deploy LLM-based agents and RPA to automate deal approval, credit checks, payment terms validation, and revenue recognition triggers. Integrate solutions with CRM/ERP implementations, set AI governance and model risk controls, build reusable agent capabilities, and scale standardized workflows across regions while driving adoption and compliance with revenue recognition standards.

Lead and execute Nexus Black marketing campaigns to drive inbound and net-new demand across product lines. Build AI-first marketing workflows using Claude tools, manage HubSpot campaigns and CMS content, collaborate with product, sales, and regional teams, optimize performance via A/B testing and analytics, and manage budgets and vendors to deliver pipeline and revenue impact.

Lead the Internal Developer Platform vision and execution to improve developer experience: define golden paths, service templates, self-service scaffolding, CI/CD integration and observability. Drive adoption and metrics, integrate auth/IAM, partner with infra/SRE/product teams, mentor senior platform engineers, and influence platform architecture and standards across a large distributed engineering organisation.

Own end-to-end product design for field-service and operations software: frame problems, run research, design production-ready Figma solutions, integrate AI thoughtfully, contribute reusable design-system components, apply WCAG 2.1 accessibility, and measure UX outcomes to drive iteration.

Embed with product and customer engineering teams to design, build, and ship production AI-powered platform solutions. Remove platform friction, implement event-driven architectures, build tooling and reference implementations for IDP adoption, and iterate on production-grade systems with monitoring and customer-facing delivery.

Design, build, and operate enterprise-scale identity and access systems. Architect unified authorization (SpiceDB/ReBAC) and authentication (Curity/Keycloak) across platforms, implement OAuth/OIDC/SAML, build SDKs/APIs, operate SpiceDB on Postgres, and define IAM patterns, observability, and golden paths for product teams.

Build, operate and support the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) end-to-end: implement self-service workflows, scaffolders, service catalogue entries and CI/CD integration; integrate IDP with Kairos and Nexus; create developer documentation and enablement; resolve platform reliability and performance issues; contribute to platform standards and roadmap; provide platform support and enablement for product teams.

Act as the customer's voice where AI meets operations: define and evaluate AI workflows, shape demos and pilots, support pre-sales, and maintain/expand customer relationships with domain expertise and evidence-backed results.
