Job Description
Are you a seasoned sales leader looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for driving business growth and building strong relationships with customers? We're looking for a talented Senior Account Manager to join our team and lead our largest retail account in New Zealand.
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be the right-hand person to the Head of Customer and play a critical role in driving our business forward. You'll lead a team of two direct reports, an Account Manager and Account Executive, and be responsible for delivering exceptional results across our key performance metrics. Your mission will be to drive first-class 4P execution, exceed sales targets, and develop strategic plans that drive mutual growth and value for both Kraft Heinz and our retail partner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, modeling Kraft Heinz values and behaviors
  • Drive business growth through effective 4P execution, customer orientation, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Develop and execute strategic Joint Value Plans that connect customer and Kraft Heinz strategies
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with merchandise manager level stakeholders and influence customer decisions
  • Lead data-driven selling initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects
  • Uphold Kraft Heinz values and work towards our company vision

  • Ability to drive change and lead cross-functional teams
