In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, taking care of existing customers and business partners. You'll actively promote the "FE fundinfo" brand by participating in customer events and trade fairs, representing and strengthening our brand in the region. Your ability to explore market potential and carry out competitive analyses will be key to your success.

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Key Account Manager will include:

  • Being the primary relationship contact within the existing client account.
  • Managing a portfolio of key client accounts, with targets to retain and grow those accounts.
  • Executing key account plans to drive strategic goals.
  • Leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with larger accounts.
  • Retaining and upselling clients by understanding their business and requirements.
  • Managing and re-negotiating contract renewals, including price increases.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Key Account Manager:

  • You must have at least 5 years of experience in an Account Management role.
  • You will have the ability to understand and interpret client data in a clear and commercial manner.
  • You should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You must be able to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • You will have experience in creating and managing strategic account plans for a key portfolio.
