Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Account Manager with a strong background in managing SaaS and technology clients. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on retention, growth, and delivering measurable results across SEO and digital marketing campaigns.

You will own key client relationships, lead strategic conversations, and ensure campaigns are aligned with business outcomes such as pipeline growth, MRR, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of SaaS and tech clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact, leading client calls, QBRs, and strategy sessions
  • Translate client business goals (MRR, CAC, pipeline) into effective SEO strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, analytics) to execute campaigns
  • Analyze performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, pipeline impact) and present insights
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities across SEO, content, and digital marketing services
  • Own client retention, renewals, and expansion revenue
  • Proactively manage client expectations and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate CRM and reporting documentation

Requirements
  • ✅ 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the SaaS or tech space
  • ✅ Proven experience managing B2B SaaS or technology clients
  • ✅ Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
  • ✅ Experience linking marketing performance to business outcomes (pipeline, MRR, ROI)
  • ✅ Ability to manage multiple high-value client accounts simultaneously
  • ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • ✅ Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar
  • ✅ Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a digital marketing or SEO agency
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and buyer journeys
  • Experience managing retainers and contract renewals
