What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you:

You’re someone who gets the best out of people and knows how to land your message with different audiences — from engineering and sales teams to senior leaders and customers. You lead by example and aren’t afraid to try new ways of working to drive better results. You keep the customer at the heart of what you do, taking time to understand their challenges and guiding them towards the right outcome. If you’ve worked in hospitality, you’ll already know how important systems are in keeping front of house and food and beverage operations running smoothly.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Grow your territory by finding new opportunities within existing customers, including new sites and additional products.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close, working with teams like pre-sales where needed.

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through regular, proactive engagement.

  • Use both virtual and in-person approaches to demonstrate products, explain value and tailor solutions to customer needs.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in creating your own sales strategy and working towards targets.

  • Experience in forecasting and keeping accurate records of your pipeline.

  • Confidence in delivering product demonstrations and explaining value in a clear, simple way.

  • Experience working with customer success or support teams to deliver a great customer experience.
