What You’ll Do

As a Sr. Account Executive, you'll develop new business by understanding clients’ IT and cybersecurity needs. You will connect with decision makers, build strong relationships, and drive revenue for our AI Technology Managed Service Platform. For example, you may lead the sales cycle for a new AI, cybersecurity or IT solution targeting financial institutions, collaborating with technical teams to tailor offerings for client-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Find, engage, and close new prospects
  • Convert inbound leads and grow referral networks
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract
  • Achieve sales targets via direct and indirect efforts
  • Build scalable lead sources for pipeline growth
  • Be a thought leader in high-value sectors
  • Qualify opportunities and work with technical teams to build technology solutions on RFA’s AI Technology Managed Services Platform.
  • Keep accurate forecasts and account data in HubSpot
  • Stay updated on industry trends in Alternative Financial Space
  • Attend industry events (up to 20% travel)
  • Complete required reporting and administration tasks

Skills & Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 + years of experience driving new logo sales in Managed IT solutions, SaaS, or cybersecurity services
  • Robust, strategically developed industry network capable of accelerating pipeline growth and driving net-new revenue
  • Lead discovery-driven conversations and have excellent communication with executive level
  • Solution selling expertise in Financial Services is a plus
  • Strong industry network for pipeline and revenue growth
  • Ability to build trust and close complex sales
  • Advanced organizational and CRM skills (HubSpot preferred)
  • Team collaboration and operational discipline
