About the Role:
This is an opportunity to be at the heart of some of the UK’s most iconic music festivals, from the initial planning stages through to being on-site, witnessing everything come to life. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering Vodafone’s festival activations at events like Glastonbury, Kendal Calling, BST Hyde Park, and Boardmasters.
No two days will be the same. One moment, you could be coordinating approvals and budgets; the next, you might be deep in logistics planning or briefing suppliers. When festival season arrives, you’ll be on the ground, ensuring seamless execution and tackling challenges head-on. As part of the Entertainment team, you may also support other exciting brand activations depending on business needs.
If you’re passionate about music, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love seeing a project through from start to finish, this role is for you.
About you
You’re highly organised with a keen eye for detail, comfortable managing budgets and logistics, and able to build strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. You’re proactive, adaptable, and always ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done with a ‘can do’ attitude.
You’ll enjoy working in a small team, and onsite at festivals whilst being able to foster positive working relationships with suppliers and clients alike. You’re an individual who takes responsibility of their workstreams. Comfortable with the demands of agency life, you’re quick-thinking, solutions-focused, and unphased by tight deadlines.
Festival work requires flexibility, so you’ll need to be prepared for weekend work on-site and longer days in the lead-up to major events.
Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Support project management by maintaining reports, tracking data, and ensuring all documentation is delivered to a high standard, working closely with the Senior Account Manager
- Manage suppliers and oversee logistics to ensure seamless festival activations, from initial planning to on-site execution
- Assist with budget tracking and financial management, ensuring activations are delivered within scope and on time
- Support the development and approval process for promotional content, ensuring alignment between talent, brand partners, and festival organisers
- Be on-site at festivals, helping coordinate activations, liaising with talent, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and festival organisers to ensure successful delivery of festival activations
- Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners, to ensure a smooth workflow
- Assist in process and document management, ensuring all key materials are kept up to date and accessible
- Adapt quickly to different tasks and support various elements of project delivery as needed in the fast-paced festival environment
- Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the wider Entertainment team and ensure all projects run efficiently
Desired Skills & Experiences
- Experience in sponsorship, brand partnerships, or culture/entertainment marketing
- Strong project management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills
- Hands-on experience at festivals or large events
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- High attention to detail while handling multiple tasks
- Proactive and deadline-driven
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills for commercial opportunities
- Ability to stay calm and problem-solve under pressure
