At eBay, we're more than a global ecommerce leader — we’re changing the way the world shops and sells. Our platform empowers millions of buyers and sellers in more than 190 markets around the world. We’re committed to pushing boundaries and leaving our mark as we reinvent the future of ecommerce for enthusiasts.

Our customers are our compass, authenticity thrives, bold ideas are welcome, and everyone can bring their unique selves to work — every day. We're in this together, sustaining the future of our customers, our company, and our planet.

Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.

Within the UK organisation, the B2C team manages and expands the portfolio of UK business sellers on eBay. We support sellers at each step of their journey—from onboarding through to scaling—offering the right tools, insights, and assistance for success.

Our mission is to drive seller happiness and balanced GMV growth by combining strong commercial ownership with data-driven decision making. We work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Operations, Analytics and Customer Support to continuously improve the seller experience and unlock growth opportunities for our portfolio.

What you will accomplish...

In this role, you will drive seller performance and experience across our UK business seller portfolio. You will combine commercial judgment, seller insight and strong analytical leadership to find opportunities, influence partners and deliver tangible improvements for our sellers.

  • Analyse seller happiness (CSAT) results and verbatim feedback to understand key difficulties and drivers of happiness, translating insights into clear improvement actions
  • Lead regular business performance reviews, identifying trends, risks and growth opportunities across the portfolio and defining necessary next steps
  • Champion UK business sellers across the organisation, acting as the voice of our sellers and ensuring their needs and feedback are represented in cross-functional decision-making
  • Own and lead analytics for the B2C team, independently driving deep-dive analyses, crafting strategic recommendations, and ensuring decisions are grounded in robust data
  • Act as the team’s go-to expert for data and insights, proactively finding opportunities and supporting the team in making data-informed commercial decisions
  • Lead or contribute to strategic projects, including initiatives related to optimising human support models and improving how we serve and enable our sellers

What you will bring...

  • Strong commercial competence, with experience developing and delivering strategic plans that drive measurable business impact and align to broader company objectives
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end — translating strategy into clear operational plans and ensuring disciplined execution
  • Excellent collaborator engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across functions and levels, challenge constructively, and drive alignment and action
  • Highly analytical and self-sufficient problem solver, able to structure ambiguity, distil complexity into clear frameworks, and make data-driven, effective decisions (advanced SQL and Excel required)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear narratives, executive-appropriate materials, and compelling arguments for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Deep customer focus and advocacy approach, with a genuine passion for understanding seller needs and championing their voice in day-to-day decisions
