The selected candidate will be part of the team driving cross-functional strategic initiatives across the four core CNPF business lines (Small Business, Corporate Solutions, Transfer Solutions, Vertical Solutions).
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning• Support strategic planning and monitoring for the business unit• Oversee performance through regular operational reviews and dashboards• Proactively identify risks and support recovery plans for off-track initiatives.
Operations & Execution• Work on cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of strategic priorities.• Apply structured project management methodologies to plan, track, and execute key initiatives.
Communication & Alignment• Promote best practices and enable knowledge sharing across teams.• Ensure clear, efficient information flow and decision-making processes.• Drive alignment through consistent leadership messaging and strategic communications.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Experience• Experience in operations, management consulting, or senior leadership roles, with strong financial acumen.
Education• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Core Skills• Strong strategic thinking with attention to execution details.• Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to influence without authority.
