  • Establish governance: operating cadence, executive updates, RAID (risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies), and change control.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders; surface decisions needed and provide clear options/recommendations.
  • Coordinate releases and readiness (definition of done, acceptance criteria, cutover plans where applicable).
  • Continuously improve delivery practices, templates, and metrics to increase transparency and predictability.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 7+ years of program/project management experience delivering product or technology programs.
  • Experience delivering in a hybrid (Agile + Waterfall) environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project for planning and tracking.
  • Demonstrated budget responsibility, including forecasting and ongoing financial tracking.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting.
  • Experience delivering internal applications (enterprise workflows, operational tools, platforms).
  • Certifications: PMP/PgMP, CSM/SAFe, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
