We are looking for a strong technical and people leader to lead a group of Systems engineers as a people manager and a program discipline lead developing within the Electronic Systems Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions Business Area. You will be responsible for the execution of system activities for the program and supporting the product line, including financial and technical responsibility. You will work with the Product Line Discipline Engineering Lead, along with the leads of the other engineering disciplines to ensure program success.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams.
  • Experience leading software or systems program teams.
  • Secret Security Clearance (active within the past two years).
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or related field, and minimum of 12 years of work experience or equivalent experience
  • Extensive background in embedded and/or application development.
  • Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with modern engineering techniques, such as Model Based Engineering, Agile, Digital Engineering, etc.


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience developing systems for countermeasure and electronic attack solutions products, including Electronic Warfare systems.
  • Strong closing skills


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
