As a key member of the Px team, you'll provide high-level support to the Px Senior Director and the Px Leadership Team, navigating complex business practices, protocols, and procedures with ease. Your exceptional diplomacy, anticipation, and initiative will shine as you interface with senior leaders at the director and vice president level throughout the sector.
Your responsibilities will be diverse and interesting, including:
- Managing the Px Senior Director's calendar, scheduling meetings with top business leaders, and screening calls, emails, and correspondence with finesse
- Learning and leveraging cutting-edge collaboration tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, and more to create a seamless and connected team experience
- Hosting MS Teams meetings, presenting PowerPoint slides, and ensuring a smooth flow of information
- Coordinating the publishing of the PM Matters newsletter and developing a system to monitor action item closure
- Working with Export administration to ensure select documents are releasable and marked appropriately
- Crafting professional presentations for internal meetings and developing a keen eye for detail
But that's not all! You'll also provide critical support to the larger Program Excellence organization, including:
- Ordering office supplies
- Coordinating new hire logistics
- Assisting with booking travel reservations as needed
- Provide logistical support for Px staff and PM community for events, training, and meetings including interfacing with procurement to place purchase orders as needed.
- Working with BAE Systems Enterprise Shared Services to meet the IT needs of the Px organization

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
- Strong proficiency in MS 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to generate professional presentations from draft material
- Excellent organizational, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple priorities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile team environment and collaborating with diverse groups and individuals
- Strong self-starting and self-closing skills, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Proactive and adaptable, with a focus on building effective working relationships and creating a positive work environment
- Ability to interface with senior leadership and external visitors, including senior customers
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in office automation tools and Microsoft applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
- Proven ability to facilitate team discussions, manage multiple tasks, and close projects efficiently
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $62210 - $99535
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
