CreativeX is B2B SaaS technology platform that generates actionable insights to help global marketing teams make smarter creative decisions and elevate creative expression through the clarity of data. We use computer vision and other machine learning techniques to extract creative data from our client’s digital advertising creatives and transform those previously dark signals into a standardised data model at global scale. That’s because multiple studies have shown that the “Creative” itself is responsible for half of sales lift online, higher than reach, targeting, brand, & recency combined. Marketers have always intuitively understood that there is something magic within the ad itself, whether the music, branding elements, a product hero shot, or the warm smile of a satisfied customer that inspires viewers and motivates them to form an opinion or take an action. But creative impact has always been the least analysed and least understood component of a complex set of marketing variables.

This is the problem CreativeX is focussed on solving. We’re an end-to-end platform to ingest, process, and analyse content at scale.  Our technology helps brands isolate creative elements so they can be analysed against downstream ad impact metrics, from clickthrough rates to brand lift. By extracting these creative attributes from within the asset itself, and interrogating that Creative Database with data science and curiosity-driven human insights, we’ve unlocked a unique first-party database of Creative Data to scale creative decisions with confidence.  

Our objective is to help marketing organisations power every creative decision with data. 

About the Role 

As CreativeX’s latest Sales Development Manager, you’ll get to coach and lead a high-performing team that focuses on targeting and creatively prospecting into our ideal customer profile. Using your operational rigor, emphasis on data-driven decision making, and frontline leadership, you’ll empower your team to become masters of their prospecting craft. You’ll build upon the winning, collaborative team culture, and continue their record-breaking recent performance. At its core, this role will implement a creative Outbound strategy based on an Account Based Marketing approach to build a robust pipeline. You’ll drive success through cross-functional initiatives while optimizing the playbook that takes our SDR Team to the next level!

What you will do: 

  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of Sales Development Reps
  • Build & iterate on a data-driven strategy
  • Foster an environment of high performance & accountability
  • Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives
  • Regularly report on both Team and Individual Results
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, and Productivity
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and New Business Sales on key initiatives

Who you are: 

  • Data-driven and passionate about the power of data and insights.
  • Highly numerate and data literate.
  • Resourceful, hard working, and possessing a solutions-oriented mindset -- you work through ambiguity to solve problems proactively
  • You are within a commutable distance from the Greater London area and willing to be in office several times a week to facilitate coaching and develop team culture 
  • 2+ years in Software sales as an IC & Manager
  • Experience building and scaling a team from the ground up
  • Consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement as an individual contributor
  • Proven track record of success in an SDR Manager role
  • Experience managing and improving Sales Development metrics
