About Nerdio

At Nerdio, our mission is to simplify the lives of IT professionals and maximize their Microsoft cloud and end user computing investments.

We support organizations of all sizes looking to deploy, manage, and cost-optimize native Microsoft technologies. We partner with Enterprises and Managed Service Providers all over the world to add value on top of their existing native Microsoft investments like Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.

Created in 2016, Nerdio has always taken a market-leading and collaborative approach to cloud deployment and management.  In fact, our product roadmap is greatly influenced by the regular feedback we receive from having seen companies deploy AVD into production environments several thousand times using Nerdio technology.

Today, Nerdio is used in over 50 countries by more than 5,000 organizations of every size and vertical. We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and support, which starts with identifying and supporting the best staff possible.

We are a fast-moving, nimble company looking for individuals who are collaborative, empathetic, driven and who love to move at the speed of light. If you want to be part of the AVD transformation that Microsoft and Nerdio are leading, then we want to speak with you.

About the role

As the EMEA SDR Manager, you will build and lead the team that opens doors for Nerdio across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will own pipeline targets, coach SDRs to hit them, and make sure the team is always getting better.

We need a hands-on leader who is just as credible on a live call as in a pipeline review. You will hire, onboard, and develop a multilingual, multi-country team. You will also run a tight operating rhythm of 1:1s, call coaching, and performance reviews. You’ll coach by doing: joining calls, role-playing, co-writing outreach, and showing what great prospecting looks like.

You’ll also lead our entry into emerging EMEA markets. That means defining the ICP, planning territories and accounts, localizing messaging, and building channel and partner-led motions alongside Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Sales Ops. We want someone who tests new messaging, channels, and plays instead of leaning on a single playbook.

Data and AI are part of the daily work here. You’ll use pipeline, conversion, and activity data to find what’s working, fix what isn’t, and forecast accurately. You’ll also bring AI into research, personalization, sequencing, and call review, and teach your team to use it well.

What you'll do

  • Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing EMEA SDR team
  • Own pipeline targets across EMEA and hold the team accountable to them
  • Build and run market-entry plays for emerging EMEA markets: ICP definition, territory and account planning, localized messaging, and channel and partner-led motions
  • Develop pipeline strategies in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams
  • Coach by doing: join live calls, role-play, co-write outreach, and model best-in-class prospecting
  • Use pipeline, conversion, and activity data to find what's working, fix what isn't, and forecast accurately
  • Bring AI into the team's daily workflow (research, personalization, sequencing, call review) and train SDRs to use it well
  • Run a tight operating rhythm: 1:1s, pipeline reviews, call coaching, and performance management
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing on territory design, lead routing, and campaign alignment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams in EMEA, with a record of growing and developing a team in-market
  • Proven success entering emerging or under-penetrated markets and building pipeline
  • Experience with multilingual, multi-country teams and an understanding of regional buying behavior
  • A hands-on coaching style. You're credible on the phone and in the inbox, not just in dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills. You're comfortable in Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and tools like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Creativity in outbound: you test new messaging, channels, and plays rather than relying on a single playbook
  • Demonstrated use of AI to improve prospecting, productivity, or coaching, and the curiosity to keep experimenting
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, or fast-growing tech company
  • Strong written and verbal English; additional European languages are a plus

Benefits and Incentives

  • Competitive Base + Incentive Plan
  • Stock Options
  • Health and Welfare Plans*
  • Life and Disability Plans*
  • Retirement Plan*
  • Unlimited Flexible Paid Time Off......including your birthday off!
