Lead the Charge as our next Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager - AECO Division

What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will work with your fellow SDR Manager and collectively support the growth of our UK and Ireland markets, directly influencing the adoption of ConTech software that is reshaping global industries. You will have the unique opportunity to recruit and mentor a team of visionary doers, jointly owning the strategy for lead generation and building the foundation for our regional sales success.


Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of SDRs to foster a positive and motivating environment

  • Develop and execute innovative sales development strategies to generate qualified leads across our suite of ConTech software

  • Spearhead the creation of tailored outreach strategies, including cold call scripts and email cadences

  • Collaborate directly with marketing and sales leadership to align messaging and ensure a seamless handoff of prospects

  • Leverage cutting-edge tools like Salesforce, Gong.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize team productivity


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading sales development or lead generation teams within the software or SaaS industry

  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve and exceed performance goals

  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales engagement tools to make data-driven decisions

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building internal and external relationships


Bonus Points For:

  • Deep knowledge or previous experience within the Construction Technology (ConTech) industry

  • Familiarity with the UK and Ireland construction market landscapes


Logistics:

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, In Office 4 days per week

Travel Requirement: 10%
