- Design and develop innovative product experiences using a human-centered design approach
- Translate consumer insights into compelling product concepts and tangible solutions
- Create high-fidelity illustrations, CAD models, and detailed drawings to communicate design intent
- Build functional and visual prototypes for research, validation, and internal reviews
- Ensure design excellence and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and product teams to conceptualize and launch new products
- Stay current on emerging trends, materials, and manufacturing innovations
- Drive usability and design integrity from conceptualization through production

What You'll Bring
- BA or BS in Industrial Design or a related field (MS preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience designing small appliances, consumer electronics, or related products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, CAD modeling, and product execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A growth mindset with the ability to take direction and continuously improve
