The SBS Operations Analyst will support the SBS Operations team with analysis, process mapping, documentation and transitioning tasks to the SCOR Bucharest team.
ResponsibilitiesThe SCOR Business Solutions (SBS) team operates within SCOR as part of its specialty insurance and reinsurance activities.
The Operations team provide support of day-to-day operational tasks, production of internal and external reports, process improvement and system enhancements. The SBS Operations Analyst will support the operations team with the following:
Review, update and create process documentation.
Assist with the centralisation of reporting to SCOR Bucharest, including creating documentation where necessary.
Support with process improvements.
Support the team with defining and monitoring KPIs.
Required experience & competencies
- You have good Excel and PowerPoint skills (bonus if you have used Visio or other process mapping software).
- You have knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI (and basic knowledge of SQL would be useful).
- You have good abilities to analyze, synthesize and present to others.
- You are dynamic, curious, autonomous and proactive. You pay attention to details, are creative, and appreciate designing new systems and following them up until they are implemented.
- You have excellent communication skills and real interpersonal skills. You have a sense of service and a strong team spirit.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business related discipline, or equivalent qualifications
