Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a SAP S/4HANA CATS Contractor to support the configuration, optimization, and management of SAP Time Management solutions within a complex enterprise environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA CATS functionality, positive time valuation configuration, time quota management, workflow development, and schema customization.
The successful candidate will work closely with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant SAP time management solutions while supporting operational efficiency and business process optimization.
What you will do:
- Configure positive time valuation processes, including rule design, validation, and optimization.
- Configure and maintain SAP Time Quotas to support business and workforce requirements.
- Develop and maintain customized SAP schemas, including cust_SCHEMA configurations.
- Support the enhancement and optimization of SAP S/4HANA CATS functionality.
- Create, configure, and manage SAP workflows supporting time management processes.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and implement process improvements where required.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align workflows with operational requirements.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to SAP time management configurations.
- Support testing, validation, and issue resolution activities across SAP modules and workflows.
- Ensure solutions comply with business requirements, operational standards, and governance processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business users, and project stakeholders.
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAP S/4HANA CATS and time management best practices.
- Support documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience configuring SAP S/4HANA CATS solutions within enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in configuring positive Time Valuation processes, including rule design and validation.
- Strong configuration experience with SAP Time Quotas.
- Hands-on expertise working with cust_SCHEMA and related SAP schema configurations.
- Proven experience creating, managing, and supporting SAP workflows.
- Strong understanding of SAP Time Management processes and best practices.
- Experience supporting SAP system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and project-driven environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) required.
