Tasks
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries
• Provide quotes and tailored transport packages
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Upsell premium vehicles and additional services
• Build repeat and referral business
• Coordinate with operations and drivers
• Maintain accurate CRM and booking records
• Deliver a high-end customer experience
Requirements
• Sales or telesales experience preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills

Experience in travel, transport, events, hospitality, or luxury services is a plus.
