Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Sales Support Executive on a permanent contract to strengthen the team at its Chartis Research business based out of London, UK.

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded professional who will support the sales organisation by assisting with lead generation, client coordination and day‑to‑day sales operations to help drive revenue growth and ensure excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with day‑to‑day administrative and commercial tasks
  • Assist with lead generation activities, including researching prospects and preparing outreach lists
  • Coordinate and schedule client calls, demos and internal meetings
  • Prepare sales materials, proposals and basic presentations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, updating contact information, activity notes and pipeline data
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Support account managers with follow‑ups, renewals and client communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects and deliverables run smoothly
  • Help organise participation in industry events, conferences and client meetings
  • Stay aware of market developments and competitor activity to support the wider sales function

Requirements
  • Some experience in a sales support, inside sales, customer service or administrative role
  • Comfortable working in a B2B environment; interest in financial technology is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
  • Ability to learn and explain product information clearly
  • Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (or willingness to learn)
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude
  • Willingness to support occasional travel or events when required
