Provides administrative and operational support to global sales teams by maintaining CRM customer data, tracking exception discounts, preparing sales documents, responding to account inquiries, and assisting sales leadership. Collaborates with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and IT, supports channel partner reviews, and contributes to special projects. The role requires strong organization, customer service, communication, multitasking, and fluency in French and English.

The Sales Support Specialist will be part of a dynamic team tasked with providing day-to-day support to members of the global sales team using several internal tools and administrative systems. Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, we’re seeking someone who is versatile, fully bilingual and energetic to handle various tasks in a stimulating sales environment.
Your day at a glance:
- Monitor customer accounts using the client relationship management (CRM):
- Ensure the quality of all customer information
- Regular updates to various sections of the CRM
- Update and track exception discounts on quotes following the non-standard pricing process
- Create and maintain customer lists & other various sales documents
- Answer various customer inquiries regarding their accounts
- Provide administrative assistance to sales executives and sales management team members as required
- Participate in the annual review of our channel partner program
- Support and collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service and ITS departments
- Work on special projects, depending on sales team needs
More about you:
- College diploma in office technology or related field or any combination/experience relevant education
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ of relevant experience in a similar position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Adept at multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new tools and data systems
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, proactive and team spirit
- Fluent in French and English (Spanish an asset), both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
Your technical expertise:
- Working knowledge of a client relationship management application (MS Dynamics CRM/Sales Force)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of accounting software (MS Dynamics GP/F&O), an asset
- Knowledge of business analytics solution (PowerBI), an asset
- Experience working in a technology company
