We are hiring a Sales Support Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting Selecta’s business across one of our key four sales channels: Wholesale, Remote Sales, Field Sales, or National Accounts.

The Sales Support Executive plays a key role in adding value to our clients and supporting the wider sales function. The role is multi-faceted, with client contact, administration, reporting, and sales support all forming part of the position. Supporting the salesforce is essential to allow our teams more time in the field retaining clients, winning new business, and growing our existing customer base.

Selecta operates across 16 countries within Europe, serving 12 million people every day. Within the UK, we deliver a national service relied upon and trusted by approximately 3,500 businesses to provide quality beverages and snacks across a variety of locations, including workplaces, schools, universities, hospitals, and many more.

Responsibilities

The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for:

  • Site escalations and providing resolutions to sites
  • Add Hoc Project work for example we currently do not have listed the machine locations on our systems completing and updating this would help us significantly in running the account.
  • Raising COFs
  • Raising Credits
  • Raising CRF’s
  • Communicating site installations, surveys and sending RAMS.
  • Support in chasing debt and resolving invoicing
  • Client Reporting
  • Additional Projects

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis and presentation building.
  • The ability to communicate oral and written information clearly, logically, and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong desire to close deals and complete tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to positively influence performance within an organisation.
  • An analytical mindset with confidence working with reports, templates, and detailed information.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently when required.
  • Experience in sales administration within a comparable industry or role.
  • The ability to understand the financial impact of decisions and identify opportunities for the Selecta business.
