Job Summary

The Sales Support Executive is part of the Go To Market Sales function, providing operational, technical, and commercial support to B2B partners across HolidayTaxis and the wider HBX Transfers portfolio. Working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams, the role ensures excellent partner support, smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives, including client migrations and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Account Managers in managing existing and new B2B partner accounts.

  • Coordinate client onboarding, account setup, and system configuration.

  • Manage booking-related updates, amendments, disruptions, and agent enquiries, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.

  • Act as the main contact for sales support queries, collaborating with Operations and Customer Service to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Support client migrations, integrations, and adoption of HBX Transfers solutions.

  • Maintain accurate system data and ensure consistency across platforms.

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process and service improvements.

  • Provide first-line support for API partners, investigating integration, connectivity, and booking flow issues.

  • Support testing activities for new integrations, enhancements, and system migrations.

  • Liaise with Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve client issues end-to-end.

Skills & Experience
  • Experience in travel industry sales support, account management, operations, or partner support.

  • Strong understanding of B2B client relationships and service delivery.

  • Experience with APIs, connectivity solutions, or travel technology platforms is advantageous.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with CRM systems.

  • Experience working across functions in an international business environment is desirable.
