Provide operational, technical, and commercial support to B2B partners across HBX Transfers. Assist Account Managers with onboarding and account setup, manage booking updates and agent enquiries, troubleshoot API integrations, coordinate migrations and testing, maintain system data, identify process improvements, and liaise with Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve issues.

Drive new client acquisition and regional revenue by developing and executing commercial plans, managing full sales cycle, retaining and growing client relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to support onboarding and client success.

Manage a portfolio of hotel accounts in Benelux, build long-term commercial relationships, lead negotiations, close high-value agreements, drive revenue growth, analyze performance metrics, integrate HBX Group solutions, and source and onboard new strategic accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
