We’ve partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. We’ve made our way from vision to prototype. We’ve secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. We’ve delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We’re building our double cab pick up, the Quartermaster.

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all Sales Operations processes. Tasks will vary but include overseeing the weekly creation and distribution of retailer forecasting sheets, ensuring sales opportunities are tracked and managed, and tracking revenue recognition risk position. The Sales Support Coordinator will work closely with regional colleagues, supporting with sales blockers and providing insights & analysis to support stock targeting.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Supports with sales reporting requirements to ensure both regional teams and management have clear reporting on order intake, stock position & sales forecast
- Supports with operational processes including invoicing for retail partners and end customers and any relevant documentation
- Facilitates communication between sales, production, and logistics for seamless order fulfilment
- Supports with the reconciliation and payment of sales margins, commissions, and bonuses to the retailer network
- Supports with the creation & distribution of weekly retailer forecasting files
- Provides insights to regional colleagues on lead & test drive data gathered from retailer partners
- Oversees the revenue recognition risk process providing regular updates to regional colleagues and ensuring documentation is captured for vehicles deemed at risk
- Monitors retailer stock data and identifies trends, risks, and ageing inventory, proactively coordinating action plans with regional colleagues and retail partners to accelerate sell through rate and optimise stock levels
What we are looking for:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Experience supporting a busy sales team (automotive industry preferred however not essential)
- Strong Administration skills and knowledge of MS Office applications
- Previous experience with SAP desired
- Ability to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
- A “can do“ and self-starter attitude
