Homey is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to Homey's services, and converting leads into customers. As the first point of contact for our prospects, you will play a key role in promoting our mission and values to enhance the Homey brand.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into customers by guiding them through the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of Homey’s services and industry trends to effectively respond to client inquiries.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Update and maintain customer records and interactions in the CRM system.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with call tracking software is an advantage.

 Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in selling on the phone 
  • Have sold in the property market before
  • Knowledge about conveyancing 
  • Ability to work and support departments that will help their role
