The role involves new-business development, supplier accountability, network growth, P&L ownership, and reporting to senior leadership. Hybrid work is based from Homey's London hub.

Own the day-to-day performance and growth of Homey’s automated sales progression business unit. Lead the Sales Progressor team, drive process automation and lower delivery costs, market the product to estate agents, demonstrate faster transactions, generate market awareness, and increase adoption across the property market. The role reports to senior leadership and offers a path toward broader P&L responsibility.

Build and maintain product features that streamline property transactions. Use LLMs and AI coding agents to accelerate development, debug issues, and iterate rapidly. Own tasks from day one, collaborate with a small team, and apply practical problem-solving to deliver customer-facing improvements.

Support conveyancing team with title investigations, search reviews, drafting contract packs, completion documents, and client correspondence under supervision. Conduct AML/source-of-funds checks, assist post-completion AP1/SDLT filings, maintain case records on Homey, and perform legal research to progress toward a Conveyancer role.
