Own the UK HR function across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, development, payroll, compliance, and offboarding. Partner with leadership and brand leads, manage disciplinary and grievance processes, implement HR policies, oversee attendance and conduct, and provide guidance on UK employment requirements. This hands-on role requires strong judgment, confidentiality, communication, documentation, and decision-making skills.

Supports lawyers and the legal team by helping manage cases, communicating with clients, answering questions, providing updates, and maintaining excellent customer service. The intern will help organize client communications, contribute wherever needed, and learn about law, conveyancing, and client management in a full-time, office-based role.

Reviews and signs off residential conveyancing title and pre-exchange checklists, identifies title risks and unresolved issues, advises case-handling teams, and supports consistent quality standards. The role requires an actively practicing qualified conveyancer, solicitor, or legal executive with strong residential title experience and knowledge of Land Registry practice, SDLT, and the Law Society Conveyancing Protocol. This is a self-employed consultant position based at a Paddington office.
