Interconnect Solutions (ICS) is a part of the DuPont Electronics & Industrial (E&I) business segment with diverse exposure to multiple End-Use Markets in advanced circuit, packaging and assembly solutions for Next-gen Auto, Consumer Electronics, Aerospace and specialty industrials, with a deep customer focus, advanced technologies and global reach.

ICS has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative f/m located in Luxembourg or France. 

The primary responsibilities include generating Leads, developing customer relationships and capture new business growth opportunities to grow the Advanced Flex Technologies (AFT), Films and Laminates business within the EMEA region, mainly France and Italy.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep knowledge of market and applications leverage knowledge of industry and sales experience to establish credibility with current and prospective customers.
  • Maintain and expand the business in the region, as well as identify, create and develop new growth opportunities across EMEA, active prospection, convince non-buying customers.
  • Manage and develop partnership with assigned accounts, initiate commercial discussion to confirm customers’ needs and propose value selling solutions, establish customer relationships, negotiate commercial contracts, prices & conditions.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities to enter new and growing applications, identify and support the launch of new products.
  • Develop, track opportunities and projects within the region; record and update pipeline in salesforce.com. Primary point contact for EMEA pipeline leads part of AI Generated Growth activities.
  • Plan, forecast, report on sales and business performance according to business requirements.
  • Build strong networks with internal teams (Customer Service, Technical Service, Business Development and others) to achieve company objectives.
  • Capture and report key competitors’ insights, identify current competitors’ strengths, weaknesses and products’ competitive advantage, provide feedback to strategic marketing, technical service and Product Management for product improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, marketing, or a technical field such as chemistry or engineering
  • Work Experience in Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing or PM
  • Fluent in French and English is required, Italian and other European languages are a plus
  • Preference for candidates with experience in customer facing roles & responsibilities
  • Positive attitude, open-minded, dynamic, team-player, and enthusiastic about taking initiative with effective negotiation skills
  • Results oriented, strategic thinking and commercial mindset
  • Willingness to travel (40% +)
  • Ability to connect with internal and external customers at all organizational levels and diverse cultural backgrounds.
