Why This Role Matters
As a Sales Representative Serbia, you will drive Goodyear’s business growth in your assigned territory. You will manage customer relationships, implement sales and trade marketing strategies, and maximize our presence with retailers and car dealer customers, with a focus on the A-segment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual targets and maximize market share

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and car dealers

  • Implement and monitor sales value propositions, loyalty programs, and trade-marketing campaigns

  • Support marketing initiatives and participate in customer events

  • Ensure Goodyear brand merchandising rules are applied across retail customers

  • Collaborate with internal teams (RSM, KAM, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support business initiatives

  • Track and report customer activity, market trends, stock levels, and competitor insights via CRM

What You’ll Bring
Basic Qualifications

  • University degree

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive or tire industry

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to exceed targets

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

  • Flexibility to travel regularly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive tire sales or retail networks

  • Ability to identify opportunities for business improvement and propose effective solutions
