About the role

DP World is seeking a proactive Sales Order Control Admin to support production continuity and ensure smooth order flow across operational departments.

In this role, you will coordinate packing orders, monitor materials and timelines, and ensure that customer and production requirements are met accurately and on schedule. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, preventing delays, and supporting high-quality delivery standards. 

Key responsibilities
  • Processing customer orders in SAP and other internal systems
  • Coordinating and allocating orders into the packing process based on priorities and material availability
  • Managing the daily order flow and balancing workload within packing operations
  • Monitoring packing capacity and preventing process overload
  • Prioritizing orders according to customer requirements and current operational needs
  • Close cooperation with the Sales Order Control team, warehouse, and packing department staff#
  • Monitoring order progress and adjusting priorities оперативно based on the current situation#
  • Identifying operational issues (e.g., material shortages) and supporting their quick resolution
     
What we are looking for

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (high school diploma)
  • Experience in logistics and working with system data is required
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP is required
  • Good communication skills in English (minimum level B1)
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift operation (second shift planned from September 2027)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions
  • Team player with strong communication skills
